Food diary

Great to know that I will be able to log my food and begin to know what foods will need to be completely eliminated and the foods that are safe for me during this first trial periods

Incomplete

This app has potential, but is lacking critical features to make it usable. For example, there is an extensive food list, but no search tool. So a person has to scroll alphabetically to find the food they want to look up. I was looking for grapes and 20 scrolls later decided it wasn’t worth my time when I was still in the C’s. It’s going to get deleted from my phone.

Hello Liz!

We are aware that the app doesn't work as some of our users expect (even in our team). We'll be adding a quick tutorial in the next update.

For now if you still want to give it a chance: the app is designed around mealtimes first (e.g. breakfast, dinner, etc). So, in Today tab you choose a mealtime, then you select the foods you've had, then you add your post-meal symptoms.

If you ever forget to add a meal and symptoms, you can choose any date in the Meal Plan tab and add those. You can also plan your meals by adding them for future dates.

The Statistics tab will show you which FODMAP was eaten in excess at each mealtime, and associated bar chart will show the severity of at least one of your post-meal symptoms.
