Email Layout

I am a new iPhone owner/user, so take review with a grain of salt. The layout as structured is visually deafening. The pile up of email upon email in one or two line previews creates a crowded screen of words. It’s exhausting to look at. Yes, phones require small screen. And font size changes don’t change the volume of image content on screen.
As the layout is now, using it is a huge turn off. I loathe looking at iPhone email (have had phone for 2days) and would rather get Gmail app to have layout with sensible use of “white space” than to take time to learn how to use, and possibly adjust iPhone apple email layout.
I have not yet given up on “getting used to” this new email and layout. Still, initial reaction to it is “not worth taking time, find Gmail app” which is a pity as your product has been continuously touted to me as being easy, intuitive, and so much more user friendly than other company’s products.
Thank you for asking for feedback.

Apple has been a major disappointment…

Apple has been a major disappointment over the past couple of years. Apple has made it difficult to get in touch with the company for help with its own problems and the fact they don’t have any solutions for their customers or services to support them anymore and the company’s customers don’t want to be stuck with them anymore because of this issue and they don’t want to do anything about it anymore because they’re going to make enough money to keep them going and keep doing business with their rivals in this market so they can get the personal information and data and stuff that they’re looking for that they need for them to be able to access and get their own services and business through your company, business, email, etc… Apple makes you give them the same information that they need and want. I have been trying to get my phone and my phone company to help me out of this time they have been a huge burden on my personal life, information, and data. They don’t want to help anyone at all. So it benefits them. So I’m just going to go ahead and swap to Google Fi for a better price and experience with employees who care about their customers. I gave Apple so many chance, more than most people would. And they still haven’t helped me at all. Zero. None. I’ve called too many times and always am nice. They act like they have no clue. Same story. New company. They did it. On them. And it will trickle on down.

The Apple Is Rotting Away

Ok, Apple. We get it. You’re a large corporation at war with other large corporations over internet dominance. You’re willing to use your customers as means to your ends. So it’s no great surprise when we try to read emails on this app that we get messages like “Account Error” or “This message was not downloaded from the server.” In my case, it happens all the time with my AOL and Gmail accounts. What is a nifty little surprise is that those same messages show up with my iCloud email account. That’s the funny thing about the battles in life. Once you start them, you never know where it will end. So tell us, Apple, are you at war with yourselves??? Or is it ever increasing incompetence and arrogance??? The dissatisfaction with this app and other native iOS apps speaks to a bigger problem for you, Apple. Things on our devices don’t work as well as they once did. Your customers are trying to tell you something and you don’t seem to be listening any longer. Bigger companies than you have gone out of business, companies that everyone thought would be around forever. Think Sears. Think it can’t happen to you? The nonsense with this app has been going on for over a year now. Email is a basic iOS function. For once, listen to your customers and get this thing fixed.
