Missing purchased history
The app no longer shows you your purchased tickets nor does it provide a way to add tickets to wallet. You are told to print out emailed receipt and show when you arrive at theatre. Much easier, and saved paper, when you could just click purchases and show your ticket
Also has same issue as old app, no way to store CC info.
Unable to purchase tickets
This new app has issues allowing me to input any credit card info. I tap credit card and a blank webpage opens up. If I navigate back to the app I can see the credit card input fields but they are disabled.
The app also really needs a Purchase History and the ability to save Payment Info.
Why did you break a decent app
The new app is bad. It doesn’t work many times and does not allow you to store information like the previous app. In addition if I buy a ticket it is not available to bring up. The old app wasn’t the best but beats this one by a mile.
