It’s 2021. It’s not hard to just make it better.
I don’t normally go out of my way to review apps, positive or negative. My community was recently bought by this group and this is the app we have to use to pay rent. I haven’t used an app this bad since 2006. I know that these people are based in NJ. If you’re reading this, in this day and age you have no excuse to have an interface this stupid and cumbersome. Please hire somebody competent and make it better. It will take you VERY little money to do it, if that’s what you’re worried about. I miss the old company - their app was great.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD- Phone Hacked from App
I was really excited that I could pay my rent via an app however this app will ruin your phone. Within 24 hours of downloading this app my phone apps would disappear and then reappear and then my phone would turn off and on. This happened for a second time last night even after I had deleted the app a week prior. I regret downloading this and you will too.
Horrible!!!!!
The app and the website are both horrible. You can’t find the login area when you go to the website. They are so marketing focused that the User interface is lacking.
I had to download the app and tried to login and it wouldn’t work. I tried to reset my password and it wouldn’t allow me to reset it keeps saying something is wrong. It shouldn’t take me 30 mins to try to sign in and pay my bill.
