Livble - Split your rent 4+

They stated because of previous expenses I am not approved. However, I’m living paycheck to paycheck. My spending habits are all bill based. Which is why I chose to use this app. Based off the reviews as well they have helped me be approved through customer service with way different reason from mine. I didn’t realize paying my bills was an issue to be approved. I was hoping for this to help me with my rent. But I understand my credit is not beautiful. But the fact that seeing other have been approved because of smaller and bigger issues. Doesn’t seem quite right. Yes this is my responsibility. But also have the reason of spending habits when it’s my bills that have me in this area. Isn’t the best reasoning. I’m using to this so I can be able to better afford. Since my hours were cut from work. No one fault but mine. However, the fairness of this app is interesting.

Lvble was awesome at first. Customer service was great. I had issues initially getting approved then I SPOKE with someone and they fixed it right away. I got denied to use it about a year (give or take) later and was given the reason cash flow and banking information. Ok, cool. I’ve since reduced my direct deposits to one account from 3 (I no longer bank with the institution I was using at time of enrollment with Lvble) and wanted to update my banking information and they won’t allow it. I’ve also asked that they remove the additional profile that is in their system and they still haven’t addressed it. I’ve asked that a member of senior management contact me to provide terms and conditions that states that I cannot change my banking information and that they can’t remove any of my data from their system. I get chat GPT, cut and paste responses. Use FLEX. I just wish FLEX had options to split 3 or 4, but overall, I like them better. Once they get that option it’ll be game over for apps like Lvble. Denied because I accidentally linked the wrong bank account. Tried to go back and link a different bank, but there was no option.
So I deleted the account and restarted.
I linked my correct bank account when i restarted the process. Got denied again but this time it was for having duplicate info/verification of identity issues. It’s the first of the month so i was really hoping this would work. I wouldn’t waste time with this app you’re better off with Flex. I was approved at Flex with no issues, they don’t have the split into 3 payments like this app which is a shame this app didn’t work for me. They have lots of links and bugs that they need to resolve. Seems like they are brew to the business and have a lot of work ahead of them. After waiting several hours, Customer support provided no support and just told me to look else where. I use 3 different banks because I allocate my paychecks, so if your like me this app won’t like you. Zero stars due to lack of customer support.
