Livble - Split your rent 4+

I found Livble at the perfect time, and honestly, they’ve been such a blessing. Before signing up, I tried using Flex, and let me tell you, that experience was beyond frustrating. I fought with Flex for 4 days trying to get them to fix my account so they could pay my rent, but there was no customer service number to call, and I couldn’t get a real person to help. The 1st was already here, and they still hadn’t solved anything. I canceled my account and went straight to Livble.
And what happened? Livble saved the day. I signed up at 1:05 PM on a Friday, and by 1:10 PM, my rent was paid in full without a single issue. Livble even gave me the option to split up my payments—2, 3, or even 4 parts—so I could still have peace of mind knowing my rent was handled. I divided mine into 2 payments the first time and 3 this month, and it’s been such a relief.
The difference? Livble is fast, reliable, and actually cares. Their process is so easy, and they let you keep more money in your pocket while helping you meet your obligations. I’ve never had an easier experience, and I’m sticking with them until my income rises enough that I don’t need the help. i just found this app after being a long time user of another rent splitting app, i couldn’t help but notice all of the negative reviews and just want to assure everyone reading that those people are voting low because they weren’t approved. skim through and find the reviews of people who did get accepted, & notice that this app is amazing. i was approved, able to add my building’s portal, & directly have them linked to my account. they made proving expenses incredibly easy, and i also love that this app allows you to split your rent into 2, 3, or 4 payments throughout the month. I will see how smoothly rent paying goes and edit my review accordingly, however, I would highly recommend trying this app out :)

Lvble was awesome at first. Customer service was great. I had issues initially getting approved then I SPOKE with someone and they fixed it right away. I got denied to use it about a year (give or take) later and was given the reason cash flow and banking information. Ok, cool. I’ve since reduced my direct deposits to one account from 3 (I no longer bank with the institution I was using at time of enrollment with Lvble) and wanted to update my banking information and they won’t allow it. I’ve also asked that they remove the additional profile that is in their system and they still haven’t addressed it. I’ve asked that a member of senior management contact me to provide terms and conditions that states that I cannot change my banking information and that they can’t remove any of my data from their system. I get chat GPT, cut and paste responses. Use FLEX. I just wish FLEX had options to split 3 or 4, but overall, I like them better. Once they get that option it’ll be game over for apps like Lvble.
