Game Changer
Being on the road you can get a bit scatter brained, but MMC changes all that. I live by this app. Helps me get where I need to be efficiently and on top of it all I can document my travels and update my account profile to reflect comments or dialogues we had in customer meetings. I love MMC and would recommend to anyone working in sales.

Miss Microsoft MapPoint or Streets & Trips? Luckily we made MMC as a modern mobile field sales tool with the best features of these two discontinued classics.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Time saver - a must for me!

I’m in my car all day seeing 6-15 clients a day. I do not know the areas sometimes so this is a huge help. They’re have been a few changes I do not like at all, it used to use Waze for directions now it’s google maps. I prefer waze 100x more. It is harder to upload your clients for me because now it asks what country. Our software doesn’t have that so I have to manually enter each new merchant, which now is very time consuming. If I find a better mapping app I will probably change because of this.

Great Sales App

Map My Customers has allowed me to take efficiency to the next level. I am able to take “scattered information” from excel sheets and turn them into visible plots on a map of my territory. It allows you to be a more regular presence with your customers and prospects. Wherever you’re at you know who you’re close to and can go call on. The route function is handy too when you want to filter on a certain type of customer and find the quickest route to begin calling on them. This app has taken away what used to be very time consuming, in regard to figuring out where all the clients and prospects were, and replaced it with quick information that is visible as soon as it is loaded. Hands down a must have for any traveling sales rep!

Original Version Was Better Than the Current Version

I started using MMC in November of 2017. Using it was simple and straight forward. Then it was upgraded in summer of 2018 and now it’s trying to do too much. All of my specific color-coded customer pins were not recognized by the new version. All new customer information of edits would NOT be saved until I changed the pin color to an “approved” color. Notified customer service multiple times and provided screenshots of error messages, nothing resolved. Nothing has changed. The original version of displaying multiple customer notes was easier to read. I can’t “check-in” without a note anymore with the updated version. It still works just fine, it’s just too complicated compared to how it used to be.
