I agree & second everything the above review says! Not to mention these issues have gave me a serious anxiety over my health care coverage getting messed up or something due to me not doing something if everything is uploaded on the app now and we can’t get into the app I don’t want something that simple and silly mess my insurance up because my daughter has a long line of health issues that obviously cause her to take a lot of medicines that this single momma could NEVER afford god forbid I missed my renewal date or something because of this app having technical difficulties since the day they guided me to download it in the first place the woman reset it twice just that day and tbh it hasn’t worked since! I just pray you guys still send emails or something when and if you are due for a renewal or need to upload any documents etc because I’ve even updated the app and just like it says above it’s useless to even call because you most likely won’t even get an agent on the phone before you are disconnected and if you do get an agent they just guide you to do the same thing we all already know to try before even getting on the phone to call them! Like Ms. Tiffany said people don’t have the time to just sit and try to get an app to work/ wait for someone to answer as your put on a automated system anyways!!

App doesn’t work

I have been trying to log in for hours again today. I gave up a few months ago but now I’m trying to get in and it seems like my log in information is incorrect one moment, then when finally able to do it, the loading screen stays white nor redirecting. I go out try again then it might work after a time. Finally get to the main page after giving up multiple times and now nothing you tap works. Only the menu to the right that shows your personal info. I checked to see if the app needed a update, and there is no update so this it what it is. I’m surprised to see that after seeing reviews from more then a year ago that these issues are actual still present. If I had access to a computer I would have tried to see if that might have been different but for now even calling takes forever to get to a agent. Most people don’t have that long to sit and wait for a agent, while trying to fit in getting things done between working and kids being in school.

Hopefully the app will get updated again to something that might help more people get things taken care of. Plus it’ll lessens the time the agents have to be on calls from all these people having to call to get assistance due to not being able to take care of it on the app y'all have provided that was supposed to make it easier for you and us.

Pathetic

I’m trying to do the right thing and cancel coverage since I have employer coverage. However, the new version of the app won’t download, the old version has a link that’s supposed to take you to where you can cancel coverage but when you select it, there is no option for cancellation. When I tried the website, it would only direct me to the app, and when I’ve tried calling, there is a long old, of which I am not utilizing my entire 30 minute lunch break or returning late to work from my lunch break due to the lack of service. The customer service line opens after I start work and closes before I get off. Therefore, I guess my family will just have the medical and dental coverage that we don’t need until somebody figures out we are no longer eligible for Medicaid.
