Bricked My MD BT01
I called Yamaha customer support today, Jan 28th, and they said they didn’t know about this yet, and would report the issue. Now I’m reading these other reviews from November ‘18, in which the developer says to contact Yamaha about it. Well I’ve already done that and no solution or compensation was given. So devs, when you say “contact Yamaha customer support,” what exactly are you suggesting that this will do for us?
Worst customer service ever!
Previous version of this app bricked my device as well. I see several others in the same boat - I hounded customer service until I got a response that was basically “we are aware of the issue - too bad for you. Call us later to see if we fix it”. I hope Yamaha and customer service rep Robert both get what they deserve. Unreal...
Had no problems with this app. Doesn't do much, but does what it claims.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
