App changed for worse

I’ve use app in past to communicate to dr. It worked ok. Now, the text box that one has to type in is so small and difficult to use and proof. Can’t you go back to the older style email message. Disappointing for the quality company that MDVIP is.

Another thing that is bothering me is that I keep getting something from MDVIP in my email that wants me to use docusign. I just ignore it as it could be spam. It is not close to my anniversary and I can’t imagine MDVIP asking us to sign a new agreement outside of normal anniversary. I looked on web site and couldn’t find anything. I like snail mail for documents. Seems likely to be spam.

MDVIP Connect, Doesn’t

If I could use negative stars I would. This app is worthless. I pay over $400/quarter & this is the best they have to offer? Splash screen appears & you wait & wait & then it crashes your phone. The messaging app is a joke - if you get it to work. Messaging strips out anything I try & paste in except text. There is no ability to edit a message & scrolling a message is hit or miss. My Internet connection is over 100 mbps so don’t let MDVIP tell you it’s your connection. None of the other menu items contain any data. If I didn’t like my doc so much I would remove myself from the hold MDVIP has on me.

A disgrace

For what I pay for MDVIP, I expect the app to at least work, not just sit at the splash screen forever.

What’s more, sending a message looks like it was designed by someone just out of boot camp: really, do I have to enter the message on *one line*?? Nobody’s heard of multi line text boxes? Hint: look at, say, WhatsApp.

There’s more, but I tire of giving feedback, which is unlikely to be actioned.

This app looks as if it was an MVP that went to production and never got enhanced or refactored after that.

As an active software developer of some repute for the past 35 years, I should think my opinion has some weight.
