2 stars because app works <50% of time

There is an issue with my ride on more than half of my trips. No easy way to report faulty bikes. Is not available in the early morning hours. If I were to give one pro, it would be that customer support is quick and responsive. I have had to contact them multiple times now.

Reallly !!??

I don’t even know where to start. Y’all really charged me almost 2 thousand because I didn’t return the bike in it’s place like I was in a hurry that’s why I used your bikes. I just wanted to take my puppy to the hospital who is fighting for her life right now. I left the bikes parked outside the hospital and left really late from the hospital thinking nothing would happen if I left it there I wasn’t even thinking I just wanted to save my puppy which I didn’t even have money to pay for her to stay there. I’m only 19 I don’t even have that type of money

It’s good

Checking out bikes is easy if you have a pass and there’s links to call or text customer service. There should be a refresh button because to refresh you have to quit the app and reopen it. You can also use kiosks if they’re available.
