Networking your appliances opens up new ways of improving the convenience, quality, and safety of your dynamic lifestyle. The Miele@mobile app gives you the option of operating all of your network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently with a smartphone or tablet. At any time, you can access your washing machine, refrigerator, or oven directly, request status information, and select functions, for example.
Information on the selected program or the operating mode as well as the time remaining for the program to run are displayed. The app informs you how long the roast will need to cook in the oven, for instance. You also receive notifications when your intervention is needed ‒ for example, when the dishwasher program has finished or if a refrigerator door has been left open.
The practical recipe function enabling easy access to recipes is an entirely new feature.
An additional feature of the app is the use of wizards. The interactive washing wizard recommends the most suitable wash program, for instance.
Depending on the appliance model, with ShopConn@ct you also have the option of reordering detergent or dishwasher tablets, for example, with just a few clicks in the Miele Shop.

The fundamental requirements for the use of this app are network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.
The demonstration mode in the Miele@mobile app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app, even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.
The following functions can be used even without appliances connected:

The update in March also updated my Futura Lumen dishwasher’s firmware to 2.70 and since then the app will no longer connect to the dishwasher. I removed and reinstalled the app which now thinks I’m trying to set up a brand new dishwasher instead of connect to one already setup. Even with today’s latest update the app says “Connecting to dishwasher...” then iOS pops up asking to allow the connection, then app says an error occurred. The dishwasher is already on my wireless network!
I’ve been working with technical support for months now and there’s *one* support person who is even familiar with the Miele@Mobile app who is stumped. His best advice is to “Wait for a newer version of the app” which as the way things are going, will never work with my expensive dishwasher again. 🤦🏻♂️😤
Good start but long way to go
This version is much better than the previous one. At least the pairing issue with W1/T1 machines are resolved. Previously it always failed to connect to and join the WiFi network of devices. For the functionality side, I do hope this App has better interface to control devices, similar to the Sub Zero App. Also there are some bugs as well, like the tab count for dishwasher is always showing zero, which is very confusing.
I am also an iOS developer so I certainly understand the difficulty to develop an App within certain constraints. I would suggest the App should shift focus more on basic functionality and UI refinements. Once we have a more stable version it would be better to expand more feature support.
Login password no longer accepted since this updated
My password is no longer recognized since the upgrade. The “forgot password” link doesn’t work. Additionally, any attempt to create a new user name and password fails because there is no field to allow you to chose your US state (required step to complete your Miele account creation.)
Just completed 2nd app update and was able to change my password but unable to see or connect the app with the appliance. The washer is on my network and recognized. The text messages to my mobile phone indicating the wash is finished also stopped. The connect instructions appear to support a different process and options are not present on the appliance or app side.
My appliance is on my local network and it’s WiFi is set to on, but the app will not allow me to find or access/choose option 1 to connect it to my phone through the app. Under settings there is no networking option to access as shown on the help videos online. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, reset my password, made sure I’m registered as a Miele USA account. I no longer get text messages to my iPhone when s program ends either. That stopped after the 2nd update to your app.
I am now not able to log into my account and not allowed to change my password
