MindTimer is a simple meditation timer built for Apple Watch. Choose a session length, start with a tap, and settle in with a quiet progress display designed to stay out of your way. Each minute appears as a clean visual dot, so you can check progress at a glance without reading a busy countdown. Optional focus haptics can remind you to return to your breathing at fixed intervals or by session progress. When your session ends, MindTimer shows a concise summary with start time, end time and duration. With Health permission, completed sessions are saved as mindfulness sessions in Apple Health.
