Employee Self Service Mobile is an app for your phone to access the features of the ESS Website anywhere, anytime.
You can view Time Off, Personal Info, Pay/Tax info, and Benefits. You can make Time-Off requests and edit your Personal Info.
Supervisors can Approve employee time-off requests and view more information.
Munis ESS Mobile is compatible with Munis versions 11.1 and newer.

No time entry/approval
Time entry is the feature I most commonly use in Munis ESS. Without it, this app is pretty useless to me, but seems to work otherwise.
Required by employers to have this for W-2s, etc.
I am required to have this by my employer because they are going paperless. We are supposed to see our Check stubs, W-2, etc., but the app won’t let me login with the information provided by my employer. Having to add another app that I don’t really want is annoying enough, but not being able to login is just too much. It now crashes constantly & when I try to look up my pay records, it says I have none.
All you web illiterate people having login issues need to shorten your web munis web address! Delete everything that redirects after successful login.... Your login address should look like this...or similar.

Still can't use touch ID to get into app though.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
