Mutually Well 4+

I had high hopes for this app but after two years I am totally disappointed it’s clunky and I agree with another reviewer that you have to completely log out or close out and log back in to move about within the app. Also on my iPhone I cannot get full screen access to the information and it’s not a matter of downsizing the viewing area.

First let me say that I am very happy that the mutually well program is a part of my insurance package. I had the opportunity to use it today at planet fitness, and the experience was seamless. Now having said that this app is laughable! It’s like something that was written by a summer intern. On my iPhone the letters don’t fit into the space where you see Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday etc. Trying to search for location is a challenge. I put in a particular city and there was no way to back out of it so I had to keep closing the app to check different suburbs in my geographic area. This has the feel of someone who either try to do it yourself or higher to summer intern with absolutely no skills. Come on people! It’s 2020. Getting an app developed is a really low cost of entry proposition. Let’s try to do better so that a great program at least looks like something that is polished, professional, and easy to navigate

The app is OK. However, after I do a search and select a result, there is no way to close that selection and go back to the search results or another option. I have to close out the app completely, reopen the app, agree to the policies, and renter my search criteria. This should be part of basic app design. Please fix.
