Easy, Simple, Useful

The app is very easy to navigate and use. I’m a little biased because I’m a technician for Cinbell. That being said it doesn’t take away for the app. It’s always super easy to get on and pay my bill. It notifies me when a new bill is posted so I know it’s due. Also any time I have questions about my bill I can usually find the answer on the app itself so I don’t have to call into a call center.

Still buggy

For the most part this app is easy to use but still has some easy-to-fix issues with the UX that would make it much better. Most annoyingly, even after I have a payment scheduled, I still receive reminders to pay my bill. That’s just useless. Additionally the app wants me to complete my profile. After doing so, I’m still promoted to complete my profile. Then there are the basic bugs, like showing an unread email alert when the inbox is empty. Attention to these small details would make this app 5 star.

Almost ideal

I love how quick and easy it is to pay my bill with this app. The problem is that even after I make the payment, I continually get email reminders to pay my bill. I know it's simple to delete the emails, but as someone who has memory issues, every time I get those reminders, it makes me wonder whether I actually did pay the bill or not. I always schedule it to be paid on it's due date. If it wasn't for that, I would easily give this app five stars.
