Easy process and interface

Makes paying my monthly rent a breeze. I definitely prefer the ease of using an app to pay every month than going through the process and many steps when using the desktop version.

Predatory Business practices

I moved into a more expensive property because three days before I moved states they said they couldn’t offer me that property due to inspection.

They just wanted me to pay for a more expensive property.

The maintenance function on the app is trash . They will attempt to charge you $75 every time you put in a request, regardless of it being the landlords obligation. Want your money back? You’ll have to call personally and send consistent emails and they still might try not to send you a refund.

The electrical shorted and broke my gaming pc. The customer service person kept repeating the trash recommendations of re maintenance man they sent. After much harassment the Augusta supervisor sends a real election who finds a leak in the roof that caused the shortage.

When circling back with customer service she said she’d give me a curtsey refund. Thanks for the curtesy of a broken $1000 computer. Thanks for the curtesy of having to take my lunch everyday for weeks to harass customer support over maintenance and refund.

They only moved when I quoted the tenant landlord handbook for my state. If you haven’t signed a lease, steer clear.

Card Issues

You guys need to fix the debit/credit card issue. It started with me paying the app to apply for the house I just moved in. It did not accept my card or my sisters or my mothers card. We have Wright platt credit union and my mom has chase. Nothing is wrong with our accounts or cards. Everything works just fine, but when we try to pay in the app, it did not work and that was frustrating to work with because I have important payments I needed to make on time. Other then that the app works fine so far…
