My Premise Health is a secure mobile app that puts your health information in your hands. Real-time appointment scheduling, view lab results, check vitals, message your provider, manage medications, conduct video visits, complete forms and connect with Apple HealthKit to share your steps, glucose, Blood pressure, and other values with your provider.

With My Premise Health you can:

To use the app and access your health information, you must first create an account through your healthcare provider or have an active My Premise Health account.

I just have to say that had it not been for our Wellness Provider at the Whiteville Center and her care, concern and a little insistence that I follow up with my Dermatologist after seeing her for a spot on my neck that I thought was nothing. I contacted my Dermatologist who immediately did a Biopsy that day, 2 weeks later my doctor contacted me to say that the results showed a Squamous Cell Carcinoma was present and I would need another surgical procedure as soon as possible. Tina followed up with me via telephone visit in between the visits and 2nd procedure. I had not told her until that day that I had an aunt that lost her life to the exact same cancer!
I was so very lucky and Blessed to find out after the 2nd surgery that mine was in the very early stages and my dermatologist was able to get all of the cancer cells!
Had it not been for Tina, I would never have questioned that spot again! I owe her so much, it could have cost me my life! My heart breaks that she and the Whiteville Clinic will no longer be here for teammates like myself!

I love the Doctors

It is wonderful to have an opinion to visit a doctor trough a virtual video, also the rest of the team at center of living well and the pharmacy is more than wonderful, the only thing is that when you call it takes more that 20 min specially in the early morning, and sometimes they like to disconnect the call. It happened to me several times like today I called at 7:05 and the called was disconnected, I called three times and same thing happened. Then finally after waiting more than 20 min finally I got someone not very friendly but at least she give me the “last appointment”she has available in the afternoon.

First experience was a hostile Dr interaction

Nurse was wonderful, positive and helpful. Dr was hostile and argumentative from the start. Asked for alternative medication to what they wanted to prescribe for an infection. Have used what she wanted to prescribe and it did not work. Asked for what has worked before and she wanted to argue with me like I dont know my own body and history. Also hostile about temporary carryover refill of non-controlled, every day blood pressure medication until I can see my primary in a few weeks. Her final words on the subject were “and you will never get this medication from us again”. It was a darn blood pressure medication and you treat me like I am asking for morphine or something?! I used the service once and after that experience I will never use it again.

Also of note, nowhere in the app do they offer a way to rate your experience. The two other urgent care telehealth providers I’ve used as part of my insurance have both asked about my experience after each visit - this one did not.
