I’ve been with you for you for years. You have been so helpful when my machine wore out, by replacing it not once but twice. If I was confused about the billing you are there to help explain it. Your products are great and you have so many things to choose from.
I was so glad to have been a costumer during the pandemic. My daughter had trouble getting K-cups, but I had you and I never missed my morning coffee!
Being disabled it’s hard for me to get my water products inside, but your carriers are so nice and helpful for me. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate your service. Thank you!!

Unreliable and shoddy service. Avoid this company! Don’t trust the positive reviews
We rely on this water service primarily for our baby’s safe water needs but it has been unreliable and shoddy. A couple of weeks before Christmas the delivery guy under delivered and did not take back all the bottles saying he didn’t have space and would come back next week. Never showed up. Customer service claimed to then schedule one for next day. Instead it became a few days later. Which got delayed again and finally never got delivered. This water company has left us high and dry for the holidays without any water. What is the point of a water delivery service of they cannot even deliver? Avoid this unscrupulous company that doesn’t even care or do anything when you complain.
Update: Even after complaining to corporate headquarters it’s been crickets. I’ve been close to a month without any deliveries. I contacted my locally owned competing water delivery service instead and it seems everyone in my area has been calling them to switch. Make your conclusion based on that as to how much this company cares about its customers.

Great idea, great app
I’ve been on Hinkley Springs delivery service for all my drinking and cooking water for a few years and just started using the app last month. It is so handy, example: I suddenly need distilled water for sinus rinses, per my doctor. I opened the app, added a bottle of distilled water to my order, and it took all of 1 minute to do. Thanks for the quality of service and water, and the wonderful new app!
