So happy I told the representative that I would give it a try. They were very helpful and helped me download the app on my phone and showed me that they did indeed deliver out to where I live. The delivery driver is very courteous carries all those heavy bottles to wherever I need them or will also just leave them on my back porch if no one is home. The water tastes great. I’m renting one of the simplest devices that just has hot and cold. I love having hot water always available. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The app is super easy to adjust my order each month if I want more or less and it totals the price right then and there on the app. So far we have not had any problems with any of it. We are very happy and I’ve been adding more and more water as the family gets used to using it for hot and cold. We realized we need more than we originally signed up for, but the increase price is minimal once you pay for the bottle and just trade it in each time. I also like that I can tip the delivery driver right on the app!

I had to learn on my own that these negative reviews are there for a reason. Customer service is incapable of doing anything. They can not make simple changes to your account. They can not help modify your delivery window the week before, day before, or on the day of the actual delivery. They can not compensate better service even if you're moved up the chain to a manager or supervisor. All they do is repeat practiced phrases without addressing the issue or concern or tell you they have fixed or made the necessary changes only for you to find out they did no such thing. No one in customer service is held accountable. So the company is rendered completely unreliable. I have been scheduled deliveries and pick ups, and I have either had my delivery left in the middle of the shopping center at my business location at 7am before the store is even open or had my delivery scheduled during business hours cancelled. The reason for the cancellation is always "no one at location." Needless to say that is impossible, its a store with 8 employees. And even then the times they were delivered the only thing present is a lizard in the middle of a shopping center. And its left out in the open for the whole world to steal. I have received better customer service by COMCAST and thats saying more than a lot.. thats a ridiculous standard. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys. Its excruciatingly BAD. THE WORST.... I wish I was exaggerating. I really wish.

Let’s start with I’m disabled. So for some reason the delivery of my 5 gln water bottles were left out on the sidewalk on the street. I called customer service and told them the situation. I was extremely clear about me being disabled since I had just had surgery on one of my legs. I suggested they have someone swing by to bring them to the delivery area as they have in the past 2 years I’ve been a customer. I was told the best they can do is deliver follow up on my next delivery date2 weeks out and will be getting 2 bottles of water free and delivery charge waived. I told them that doesn’t change the fact that I would be out of water soon, I need my delivery asap…nothing changed. My wife arrived in the evening from work and she said there was no water bottles out there. She asked the neighbors if they knew anything regarding the water bottles but nobody seen or knew anything about the bottles. We live in a high risk theft area where mail is always coming up missing. I’m sure someone helped themselves to the bottles that were sitting out. I called again and STILL couldn’t come up with a better solution than having to wait till the next delivery date. Do better PRIMO!!!

Charged for free items & many customer support errors

JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I joined at the beginning of December 2023 excited for this because 5gal waters are sold out in stores where I live. A promotion they were running when I joined was a case of still and sparkling water added to my order for free. Turns out, they charged me for the sparkling water($25). I had to call them to get it corrected and updated my order while I was on the phone. I changed the items and updated the frequency and all was good. That was until I checked my app and saw that my items & delivery frequency were completely wrong. I called again intending to cancel but they offered to fix it and give me a $10 discount on my next order. I waited about a week for the app to update and everything is still wrong. So I call one last time to be done with this and it turns out on their end the items/frequency were correct but not on my end. The support tech tried to offer me so many discounts and free items to not cancel but I couldn’t take it anymore and cancelled. We’ll see if I have an issue getting my $20 refundable bottle deposit back. P.S. don’t take too long to type in the customer support chat or the agent will end the chat (50seconds for me).
