Ratings and Reviews
App Malfunction
This app will not allow me to access smile account. My login and password information is correct and I can access my account through my browser of my computer or iPad. That’s flaws in this app and I hope that you would find out what it is. In the meantime, I will not attempt to access my account through this app again. 15th.
App is very bad
Can’t log in to pay my bill. My user name is not recognized, husbands user name not recognized. It is totally ridiculous. Deleted app and started over. Still no luck. No luck using my e mail to reset my passcode that I know is right. Not very happy!
My ADT
Worthless. Our log in and password hasn’t changed for awhile, but couldn’t log into this app. Also couldn’t receive a new password email after several attempts.
