There are two things I’ve noticed that are degrading the experience. The first is, every time I use the app I have to provide my password. This wouldn’t be too big of a deal, but the password is auto generated so I don’t know it and I have to search for yhlsoft or whatever the site’s URL is to get the password from apple’s password manager. Can you make t so that it can find the password more easily? Another benefit would be to allow for the biometrics to validate every time instead of always providing a password. Second, I was trying to review some documents in the vault this morning on my iPad, but once I opened the document, I couldn’t figure out how to close the document and open a new one. This forced me to kill the app and reopen it which brings me back to the password entry.
Thank you for considering these improvements.
Face ID works and shows what I need to see
It feels secure with 2-factor login, they make it easy with Face ID (which worked fine for me) and it shows everything I need to know about my account at a glance. Easy to upload a doc to the vault from my phone (easier and safer than scan/email). Thanks!
