My understanding is that this is Lexus USA’s finance company and frankly the problems with the app are so persistent and reoccurring I don’t think I’d ever finance with them again, and it would definitely be a deciding factor in whether to purchase a lexus again. It seems abundantly obvious they want you to just set auto payments and forget it. They make the app slow, difficult to logon with a (probably) unnecessary two factor authentication that relies on solely on an emai codel…(what are hackers going to do, pay off my loan early?) And they do not have electronic transfers set up with other banks for bill pay, so you’re sending a paper check even via your bank’s bill pay and hoping that DFC processed it before the grace period ends. They recently updated the app, which seems to make it easier to login but wow it is so slow and terminates the session (requiring a new login) so quickly.…

You’ve never made a real app. Then you talk up releasing a “new app” and it’s even less functional. Can’t even make a payment as after you enter the payment date and amount there’s not even a button to process/ complete payment. Do you even bother to test your processes? Please try to charge me fees due to your own incompetence as a company.

I just got a car I have just made my second payment and it takes way too long for them to take my payment. It should not take 24 hours for me to post one payment honestly it’s just post automatically on the same day to avoid problems. But it literally takes 2 to 3 days for it to post to my account. This is a big problem with the app. I have another auto loan with Westlake. They take the payment automatically without waiting days. I’m highly thinking about just refinancing my loan and stop messing with this company.

How am I supposed to make a car payment when the page won’t load and there is nothing to click on. I have tried 10+ times and it either doesn’t load or just shows my account number. This app is one big constant let down. Bring back the old app
