I enjoy using this app for all of my medical appointments, but I have one MAJOR issue with it, it doesn't allow me any information on my driver while tracking my pickup and drop offs (just their location and approximate pick up time)... Since you've incorporated tracking directly in your app this should be fixed for safety purposes! It does not allow me to see who I'm being picked up by as far as the my drivers name, make, model and color of their vehicle that I'm to be transported in! This is a MAJOR safety flaw! If you guys can't fix this issue, please take the tracking out of your app and let Uber and Lyft handle that part!!! I don't feel comfortable or safe not knowing this information and try to figure out which car that's pulling up is actually my ride!! Please fix this MAJOR safely problem/issue...

Please fix the issue for the reservations where whenever I make a reservation through the Lyft app the trips keep disappearing. I will also write the same comment that I am writing to you guys for the Lyft app. I know that you guys will probably get back to me after Christmas. Please fix the issue as soon as you possibly can.

Right after I downloaded it, I was able to select my provider and log in. I haven’t been able to log in any time I’ve attempted to use it since. When I enter my credentials, I get an error message saying “Email or password is incorrect” when I am very much entering them correctly.

Service was easy to schedule and had a very friendly driver. No problems at all. Good way to travel
