The Neo Smart Blinds App is designed to work with the Smart Controller, allowing you to pair, control, and automate compatible 433.92MHz motorized blinds from over 20 brands. The app offers custom instructions and control options that match the specific features supported by each blind brand. Major motorized blind brands and retailers have partnered with us to provide their own setup codes, customizing the app experience and making the pairing process easier. Compatible Smart Controllers (model C-BR300) with different casings: – Eclipse Powershade Smart Controller: oval case – Louvolite One Touch: rectangular case Which Setup Code Should I Use? We recommend using the setup code provided by your blind retailer. This ensures a simplified pairing process with a tailored list of options. If you purchased your Smart Controller from a different retailer and no setup code was provided, you can set up your account using the SBH20 setup code. Is My Motorized Blind Compatible with the Smart Controller? For each of your blinds, compare their remote controls with the compatibility list available at neosmartblinds.com under Menu > Smart Controller > Compatibility. Can't Find Your Remote Control in the List? If you don’t find one or more of your remote controls in the list, please email clear front and back photos of the remote(s) to our technical support team at tech@neosmartblinds.com for assistance. I have been in touch with an excellent technical expert from NeoSmart Blinds (NSB) who provided a thorough and detailed assistance in the programming of one of my shades in the living room of our house. I got the new shade as a replacement for the one whose motor broke about 3 years ago. After I received the new shade, I called NSB technical support and fortunately Khalil picked up my call. He helped me pair the new shade with the remote controller and program the new shade to operate in unison with the other 4 old shades in our living room. Many thanks to Khalil, the 5 shades now close and open all simultaneously at the scheduled times. Khalil was great at telling me detailed instructions over the phone, especially since the NSB app is not exactly very user friendly. He stayed with me the whole time on the phone and never once did he show any irritation with my many questions. He has a gentle and reassuring voice and has excellent telephone manners. Khalil has amazing listening skills and overall customer service skills. What I appreciate most about Khalil is his detailed knowledge of the hardware (the shade), as well as the software app and was able to direct me to the correct screens of the app. Khalil is a great asset to the company and a delight to work with as a technical support person!

The Neo Smart Blinds was a bonus happy discovery when I found out they work with my Alpha Motor controlled blinds. Now I no longer need to find the remote control or click several buttons to get to the right blinds. Everything can be controlled from the convenience of my phone. Also allows me to set schedules to auto open or close blinds for day and night. It syncs with Alexa and Google, even better, since I can get Alexa to do all that work with voice command :). When there was an issue with one of my blinds not connecting back to with Alexa after a recharge, I sent Neo an email and they called me back in hour, solved it in a sec. Great service, user friendly app, great functions. A game changer for a lazy person like me!

I had no trouble setting up my blinds on my iPhone 8 and my wife’s 10R. It works perfectly and I really don’t use the remote anymore, just my phone. What I would like to see is the ability to move blinds up or down the list so I could prioritize them. Right now you can’t, the order you install them is the order they appear in a list format and it cannot be changed. Also, you can only set schedules for each room and not each individual blind. I’d like to see that changed. I don’t use Alexa, Google, or any voice controlled devices, just the apps that come with the hardware for my home security, lights, etc. I would hope that Neo works to improve their software over time, that’s why I gave it 5 stars, because although it needs some better functionality, it does work great and was easy to set-up and install each blind.

We really wanted to be able to control our new blinds (4 of them) from our iPhones. The NEO Blind controller was a perfect solution. The setup for the controller was smooth and easy.The surprise was how easy it was to connect the individual blinds to the NEO controller. Just push the button on the motor in the Blind and confirm it on the NEO APP. The integration with Alexa worked right out of the gate. Just need to remember at this time Alexa only knows OFF and ON, soooo “Family Room OFF” is all blinds down and “Family Room ON “ means all blinds UP.We love it!
