So far I really like it! Just some things I’d like to see added: (1) I plan to use it to track a lot of items, but the highest subscription is expensive and limited. I’d like to have unlimited items for that price. Maybe I’ll have to settle for the other app? (2) Please add a tagging feature, so I can tag my Star Wars collectibles as such, for example. (3) A wishlist feature would be nice. (4) Also I’d love to have different views for items - grid, shelf, etc. (5) A desktop app would be nice. (6) And lastly, the app could honestly use a redesign. I’m a designer myself so the UI makes me cringe. Other than that it works pretty well!!

Even as we try hard to keep our pricing friendly to small and medium business, since our costs are based on usage, unlimited plans would not allow us to be viable. I switched from another app to this one and boy, what a difference it made. No more struggling to get things to work. It is so easy now. I can track everything I need for my business and everything gets synced. Interface is intuitive and lovely to look at. Great value for the money.

Very bad application

This application is very bad. I follow instructions how to transfer 250 items from Nest Egg to Nest Egg Cloud and it will not transfer. Why don’t create a user friendly interface to convert from between the two applications. They are the developers of both applications so why not make the transfer process user friendly. I don’t recommend purchasing the application.

CSV import tends to be a bit complex function in Nest Egg Cloud since it requires familiarity with text file formats, spreadsheets, zip archives and transferring files between iDevice and PC/Mac. Successful import also depends on the application you are migrating from and how different that format is compared to what Nest Egg Cloud expects. Please note that Nest Egg Cloud has many more capabilities than our personal inventory app, Nest Egg although both applications may appear to be similar at first glance. The CSV format used in Nest Egg Cloud imports is an open format. So, there is no difference between steps involved in importing from another source versus from our personal inventory app. In fact, there is no way to distinguish CSV files coming from Nest Egg versus other sources such as spreadsheets or other applications.
