I logged in initially on desktop, then downloaded the app and signed in to the app afterwards. All worked great. No verification issues. Able to connect other external bank accounts also. No complaints

No access to MY bank balance, Late pending charges

It is bad business to financially advocate loyalty and trust to your customers and not show the person who has put their trust in you THEIR balance.
This is THEIR money.
And you’ve taken that option from them
As well as these super late pending charges days, sometimes weeks later is also another shady improvement and completely unacceptable.
I’ve banked with you for 8 years, and unfortunately those 2 changes alone are enough red flags of uncertainty to consider banking with a new credit union.

Loads faster. Looks nicer. Less functionality.

Can no longer see your rewards in app, can no longer schedule auto transfers in the app, and they changed the account transactions page to no longer show the running total of your transactions, only that you spent money.
Severely disappointed in this “upgrade” and it seems like they’ve taken away more than they’ve improved, we’re starting to consider switching to a bank.
