Best productivity tool ever!
Based on “Getting Things Done”, I used file systems to stay organized until I discovered Nozbe more than 10 years ago. Through the years in various organizations, I have used most of the popular productivity tools on the market and have always recommended (and used) Nozbe both personally and professionally. Nozbe allows me to brainstorm ideas and tasks for each project, yet has the flexibility to keep it simple so I stay focused on one task so I don’t become overwhelmed. When I want to collaborate on a project, Nozbe allows me to attach files, Google Docs and other files while keeping me and others invited to my projects on point with communication that is specific to task at hand. I appreciate the ability to bring in someone to a project and communicate within Nozbe even if the other collaborator does not have to need a paid Nozbe account to use the functionality of the system.

Essential task and project management for small organizations
Nozbe is a perfect level of complexity for a single user or small organization to manage projects and tasks and integrate into an overall productivity system for your organization. It lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger program management applications, but for me that is what makes it attractive. It has what small organizations need while allowing you to use it as part of a system with other applications, rather than relying on one app for everything. I’ve used Nozbe for personal use and for my nonprofit for over a decade and see no reason to go to another application.

Hands down the best task manager for teams or individuals.
I’ve been using Nozbe Personal for over a decade as my trusted GTD system, for both personal and work tasks. It’s been an indispensable part of my daily life.
