This online payment option is the absolute easiest paying this bill online with no complications and always fast and simple. They always give you a confirmation number right away and I never have a problem paying online on the O&R online option at all! Thank you

Orange and Rockland is out of their minds charging fees like this - oh, but they don’t receive any portion of this absurdly high flat rate - as if that somehow absolves them from not using a cheaper platform. Clearly a means to have everyone use autopay linked to their checking account. Definitely won’t do that now and I’m getting off paperless billing also, let them pay to print and mail my bill each month if they want to charge ridiculous fees. Hey, O&R, thanks also for forcing all customers to change their passwords, when it comes to treating customers poorly, you guys are number one. Hope these choices come back to bite you soon

This is all I see when I’m looking for the real time usage on this app. I went through the effort of switching over to a smart meter with the promise that I would be able to see my real time usage. I’m trying to figure out where I am using most of my electricity, and this picture would help me. It worked the first week that I had the meter but then stopped.

I have called customer service several times and they said that this part of the app doesn’t work. You made statements and advertising and promotions, you have misrepresented yourselves.

Please get this part of the app working ASAP.
