Our latest update comes with some cooler features! Take care of your banking needs quicker than ever with the addition of our Quick Links. Easily transfer funds, make a payment, deposit a check or view eStatements with one tap from the home screen. Our favorite updated feature is the option to choose your own theme. New colors (and backgrounds, which can be seen on desktop) allow you to personalize your online banking experience to your lifestyle. Check them out under “Settings” in the online or mobile banking menu.

As always, we’ve done some digging and leveled out some issues to keep our app running safely and smoothly. Enjoy!

Banking from anywhere

This app gives me the ability to access my account from just about anywhere & get my bills paid. I can transfer funds from one account to another and even get $ to a friend in need using pave.

Not An Improvement

The ‘New & Improved’ update is nothing of the sort. Can only have the Passcode Login for 1 account at a time. If you have more than one, you have to go thru the whole login sequence for the other accounts. Then, when you go back to main account, you have to do the same for it. If you have an auto or RV, your info isn’t there anymore. Can’t find it & am going to have to call the office & have them help me find it. Overall, the bank itself gets 5 stars ⭐️, the app gets barely 3. If you read these reviews, that’s one of the biggest complaints-the hassle to get into your different accounts. Don’t see WHY you had to take that option away from customers. Isn’t it much more efficient to have your tellers not having to spend time sorting out login problems? I don’t normally do lengthy reviews. I usually just give them the star rating & a line or two of comment. But, this is such a giant hassle, that it needed to be said. PLEASE! Bring back the multiple passcode login page again.

I finally got around to having the time to call the bank & go thru the login rigamarole. The gal was extremely helpful.
She gets 6 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They can link your accounts so you can login to ONE account & have access to the others. Thank you, Jesus. It takes a couple days for them to get it set up. I’m hoping its as good as it sounds. If so, I’ll be a Happy Camper. 😃

I apologize for the delay in our response. I understand the frustration of having to go through the whole login process when you have multiple accounts, especially when it makes it harder to use shortcut features like having passcodes enabled.

If you'd like, you can give us a call at 800.877.4444 and we can have all your accounts linked under one login. This would allow you to enable the passcode function and you'd be able to see all of your accounts in one place without having to log in and out of different accounts each time. Hope this helps!

OE Review

The app is very easy and convenient. I’ve noticed great improvements on the picture taking of a check to deposit.
E Statements used to be impossible to find. So glad you took away the part where we had to put the dates in! That did not work.
Cons- bill pay is still tricky for new users. Took my a long time to see those 3 little dots to press to actually get to bill pay.
(When you’re on the bill pay site, it looks like you can make a payment there, when you actually have to press the 3 dots to get there. )
Also I had to call to figure out how to make a payment on my visa. I forgot that OE refers to it as a loan.

Thank you for the 4 stars and the feedback! We're always trying to make improvements to ensure mobile banking is a simple as possible (money management shouldn't be complicated!) So, we're glad to hear some of these improvements are working out for you.
