Awesome too! I wish ALL of the HS school teachers were using this!
I really love this tool! I wish ALL of the HS teachers were using this! I wouldn’t have to toggle back and forth from email.
Very buggy today, notifications don’t appear in app
TalkingPoints was working well last school year, but today and yesterday, with the start of the new school year, I’m experiencing serious problems. In my first attempt to login yesterday, the interface was devoid of text - showed button shapes but no instructions/words. No updated version, per App Store. Problem resolved after I rebooted phone, tried again.
Today, text appearing on both login intro screens and in text bubble as I attempted to message my son’s teacher, was garbled, missing many letters. Once I hit send, what I wrote then appeared complete and legible.
Icon shows 42 notifications, but within app, all that appears are two unread messages.
What’s going on, folks??
Keeps kicking me off.
I’ve only had the app 2 weeks, and I’ve been kicked off twice asking me to sign in like a new user each time. Then I can only see the most recent teacher announcement and am not able to go back and see previous things the teacher has said. I also receive no texts or emails while I’m “kicked off”. So I can easily miss things the teacher is telling parents. Very frustrating.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
