Every time I log in, something doesn’t work. Can’t access my child’s info…can’t access their teacher…their schedule, their email…finally can get the email, but can’t get any staff member info to populate. I’ve tried emailing my child’s teachers in the past, but it doesn’t populate any emails, regardless if you select “student’s teachers, staff list”, etc. also, information for classroom assignments or schedules are not uploading or anywhere to be found. Nothing really works through this app for the entire time I’ve had to use it…yet it’s required! If you tell us we HAVE to use it…then give us something we can ACTUALLY USE!!

This app has been so wonderful! I can easily submit absences, check grades and assignments, check schedules, check testing scores, get teacher messages, etc. and all my kids are there in the same place. It makes everything so much easier.

Only feedback is that I would like to be able to see the whole weeks schedule rather than just today’s schedule. One of my daughters only goes to 2 subjects and the times to take her changes every day. If there is an assembly or something it changes too.

This app is 4weeks behind. They tell you it’s the most updated and accurate information you can get. Now children grades aren’t updated for all kinds of reason, substitute teachers to teachers just don’t update. Now ask my kids and they have a whole other app that is updated and the parents have no access to the information… how can the parents hold the children accountable when the schools and system is broken…I see E’s because teachers don’t update but I’m betting the highest gpa students don’t have these issues
