Doesn’t work right
App is clunky and doesn’t provide all of the necessary info. Any time you pause while typing results in the keyboard closing.
My apartment complex had a handful of different options for the address, but the app only displayed one. I selected it, but it was the incorrect one, and the only way to get the address changed was to call my landlord and have him change it manually. As far as I could find, there is no way of altering information in the app, so once you select your permit type or address, it is stuck and you’ll need a 3rd party to change it for you.
If your apartment complex requires this, SKIP THE APP and just do it online. Maybe you’ll be able to figure it out better
Takes Advantage of College Students
I got a boot and had to pay $75 when I was parked in my own parking space. I pay $75 a month plus $10 to the Utah Parking for the permit and they have the audacity to boot my car. It’s impossible to get ahold of a live voice and I had to pay the price in order to get the boot off. It’s absolutely ridiculous what they get away with. They just send automated texts so they don’t have to face anyone and can just take money from busy college students.
Not user friendly
Apartments forcing college kids to use this confusing app is the worst
Used to just go into the office and fill out a paper to get a overnight pass
Now with the app you have to sign up and navigate their maze just to request to park
And then Just for it not stay pending for ever so when you need to park you can technically still get towed
So, don’t live at redstone apartments (they use this app)
