I started this account to help me save for prescription medication‘s. My husband is on a transplant list. Every single employee at your call-center I have spoke with has been beyond helpful and I am so grateful for that! Very kind, patient, considerate and go above and beyond with my request and questions. As a new member everything’s is pear-shaped until you become comfortable with the way things work so I am very appreciative for all the help that’s given to me.

Mobile banking review

If there was a star for zero that’s what I would rate this application. You have many more steps To do any kind of transaction. The accounts page is too cluttered compared to the other version. If I had several accounts I would have to scroll to see them all also compared to the other version. So far I have seen no great benefits by switching to this new application and in fact have difficulty moving aroundTo do what is needed when I log on. Every page is cluttered. This was a big mistake on your part by choosing a new application for our mobile or home banking. Then I went to pay a bill and it said it couldn’t verify my identity. So I called the support number, oh but it’s not open on the weekends. So I had to go to the Payee website and make my payment from there because now I’m locked out for no reason. It’s not like I made one or two tries. I logged onto the mobile app and then selected pay bills, got ready to pay my bill and hit enter and was told I was locked out because it could not identify me . Excuse me? How could it not identify me when I just logged in to mobile banking? Please unlike my account on bill pay so I can pay the rest of my bills and they better not be late because of this problem. You also need to find out why this is happening.

Mobile app

I like the update, but it needs. “Pay now” button for thing like your auto loan, credit cards, etc. from within the screen. It’s convenient when you’re able to click on your loan/card and just it a button and not have to search it out.
