The AppLooks and feels like it was made in 1999. Information doesn’t show or is wrong,You can’t get an exact location they end up sending someone a whole block away. Once you start a case they won’t tell you if it’s finished on the app you get an email. The tabs don’t work all the time,And you have to end up shutting down the app and doing everything over again. The app is reflects the quality of Philly 311. When you come to the city and you see how bad it is, that’s because we’re told to contact Philly 311 yeah should be called passing the buck

App is fairly glitchy and responses are poor

I’ve submitted numerous pothole repair requests over the past few years. Many times they are closed without the repair being completed. Why do they have an app where they don’t communicate effectively using it? Looks like they just updated the app recently and now it just spins when I’m trying to view my requests or nearby requests. Also, while there is a map function that puts a pin on the map for a pothole repair, the app only accepts an actual street address not the pin location. So, if there is no building near the pothole , you can’t submit the request. Makes no sense. Update: 12Nov20. No change! Still awful. Doesn’t load properly.

Takes too long

Takes too long to get anything done through this app. I’ve been reporting an abandoned car for more than 6 months and they closed my ticket. Someone finally got rid of the car in July, but just updated the app today (last week of August) that the ticket is closed because the vehicle was no longer in the area.
