The PingCares App works by presenting individuals, their family caregivers, and other loved ones with wellness information captured by the watch, including steps, mood, vital signs, and location. Via the app, you can also send messages to the watch, schedule custom reminders (such as medication).
There is no limit on the number of family members or friends who can access the app, as long as you as the "family administrator" would invite them through the app. If you have multiple loved ones using the watch, for example, Mom and Dad, you can access both of their information using your PingCares App. More details on the app can be found here: https://www.pingcares.com/mobile-app
Users can now set heart rate thresholds for their loved ones wearing the watch. When the PingCares Watch captures abnormally low or high heart rate measurements, the app user will be alerted via a push notification.
