With three simple structure types, Groups, Task Lists & Tasks, you can create, structure & organise your life into the way you think, no matter how complex your life becomes. Groups are a tool that helps build contextual navigation of your responsibilities. Providing structure for both simple and increasingly complex areas of life. Task List & Task types are the main focus of responsibilities you need To Do within the Groups they live. Properties. Define a Priority Weight, Progress Status & Title on any type. Optional Properties. Add a Description, Due Date, Alarm or Note on any type. More Options. Convert To Template, converts existing Task Lists &/or Tasks into a User Template for quick reuse. Move To, Task to another Task List; Task Lists to another Group; Group to another non-descendant Group. Duplicate, an entire existing Task List within the same Group; Task within the same Task List. User Templates. Want the ability to speed up the repetitious creation of those Tasks or Task Lists you endlessly perform in your life, like Weekly Shopping Lists or Daily Chores? With User Templates you can define a specific Task or Task List containing Tasks with their basic information to quickly preload into the Create New workflow. Now you can save time by Define Once and Reuse templating. Manage your User Templates via the Settings -> Template Manager option In-App. Data Security & Privacy. Opt into PIN Authentication to add a layer of security when accessing your data in the Priority Falls App. Opt into FaceID Authentication for a more convenient layer of security. All data you create is kept local on the Device the App is downloaded on. At any time, delete all your Priority Falls data on the Device via the Settings -> Customer Support -> Delete all my Data off this Device option In-App.
