When registering, you will be asked to submit your Member Number. This number is the last 5-6 digits of your Account Number and can be found at the bottom of your personal checks.

Thornton Branch Bouncer Offputting
I walked into this branch on 9/6/19 to encounter a disconcerting argument between, who I can only describe as a bouncer, and an owner/customer. The customer was very upset about not having access to a deposit he’d made just like he always does, while the bouncer (a very large unkempt man, bringing a new low to dress-down Friday), dug in his heels defending an indefensible argument for suddenly blocking access to a customers deposit, as though he were a Wells Fargo employee and hero to the other customers waiting in line. His “sorry not sorry” attitude bordered on reducing the customer to child-status including walking away to command respect or deny further discussion (even though he was clearly not going to give an inch either way). If your new branding includes devolving into a banking conglomerate mindset and programming customers to accept the unacceptable behaviors of American banks, then count me out.
Garbage, dump it
Unusable. This is from someone with 30 years of experince in software development. The layout is confusing and useless. When I drill into an account I expect to be able to see transactions etc. You get your balanace nothing else. After hinting and pecking you firn the menu in the upper left hand corner which is also useless. You accounts and it lands you back at the begining instead of a cleaner view. hitting the back button returns you to the landing page, not the menu you were just in. Hitting e-statemnts drops you right back to the website so what's the point? You can look things up in the app. Once on the site there is no easy way to return to the app. you click on an account and you are not taken to a balances and transactions menu but just them main landing page. No clue as to where you information really is. It has crashed on me with 500 errors which does not fill me with any confidence. A 500 error is a sign of slipshod software development. I shudder to thing what sort of serious defects, such as security defects, are lurking in the background. Also selecting the "close" icon sends you back to the landing page yet again so you have the thrill of starting over to find where you left off. Account setting are a useless menu there are only 2 optins which really does not warrant their own menu. I think we got robbed on this one.
The people at the local branch are friendly enough, even though some policies are just old and outdated (for instance, I do not have access to view my balance or payments on a home equity loan that my husband and I opened together because when we signed up, the Canvas rep listed my husband as the primary account owner. I can make payments to the account, I just can’t see what it is I’m paying!). The app is absolutely atrocious. There are always issues preventing access to my account. I have to try to log in repeatedly for days on end just to see my balance once-usually about a week after I first start trying to view my account. Every single time. If I make a payment from this account, it sometimes takes a week and a half for funds to leave my account (keep that in mind when due dates are important!). Not having access to view my money is unacceptable. It makes it very difficult to keep track of things. I have to keep the account open to make payments on my home equity loan (that I don’t have full access to, mind you) but I have had to move all my other bills to a different account with a different credit union. The same issues are present when accessing the account from the app and from the internet. Maybe it’s the institution? Whatever the reason, this app is an epic fail. I do NOT recommend this app.
