WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• AI coach that suggests your next set right on the exercise row. Reads your history, PRs, and RPE so the recommendation actually fits your trajectory. Disable any time.
• Calisthenic skill progressions for muscle-up, pull-up, pistol squat, one-arm push-up, and first push-up. Pick a skill, the coach folds the drills into your weekly plan and advances you when you've earned it.
• Workout plans, completely free. 28 templates across lifting, bodyweight, yoga, mobility, mat pilates, and sport. Edit any template after you pick it.
• Progress photos kept private. Alignment camera so this week's photo lines up with last week's. Optional Face ID lock.
• Your data stays on your phone. No accounts. No analytics. No servers — optional iCloud sync goes through your own iCloud.
