Easy, effective and quick
I am a therapeutic body worker and have been working with Dr. Clay for years. Quick Self Fixes functionally turn on muscles making you feel truly connected from head to toe.
I always use Quick Self Fixes prior to working or performing athletic activities. They allow me to increase performance while reducing the risk of injury. I especially love the foot, ankle, knee, hip, side stretch and clavicle fixes for surfing.
