The best car now has the best App
Yes, this app is bit pricy, but it is totally worth it. In addition to all the features that the official Tesla app provides, this app offer much much more: all the stats you could imagine on battery, efficiency and range. Not only you can see your data, you can compare it with other app users. I found myself use this feature a lot when compare my car’s firmware and efficiency. With firmware, you could almost predict a firmware will arrive soon when big chunk of other users are already on a newer firmware. With efficiency, you can tell if your car is acting abnormal or has potential issues. Sure there are enormous amount of numbers and graphs packed into this app when you open it, but the developer carefully planted explanations right at your fingertips to explain what these numbers and graphs mean. Plus, you get Smart Sentry Mode, Siri control, more advanced schedule charging and Apple Watch app, which you won’t find in other Tesla app. Furthermore, the developer actively participates discussions on Tweeter and Tesla owner’s club forum. You get tech support there from the person who develops this app! And just like your Tesla, the app keeps getting better over time. The developer constantly improve the app experience with people’s positive feedback. That’s amazing! I recommend this app for any Tesla owners who want to know more about their cars!
Great App & Great Support!
Have used this app for 2 1/2 months and love it! They have added several new features in the time I have used the app. Originally I bought the app to use the battery health and the scheduled cabin conditioning features. Through use I have liked seeing the vehicle fleet firmware versions. It lets me get an idea how the rollout of the new Tesla firmware updates is progressing. Recently they added the Model 3 smart battery conditioning setting. At first I didn’t see a need for it for me. After using it for a few weeks I can’t imagine not using it. I set my cars charging to 70%. When I get home and plug in the car charges to 70% Incase in need to run errands . In the morning the app sets the charging limit to 80% 40 minutes before I leave to work. In winter the precharging warms the battery enough so I get good regen. Two hours later it resets the limit back down to 70% ready for the next day. Much easier then manually setting the charging times in the car. I had trouble with the one feature the day after a Tesla Firmware update. The developer responded to my question in an hour through their support link in the app. My favorite app!
Serious App For Tesla Owners
I heard about this app through Reddit when I asked there for information on tracking my driving mileage more easily. I tried this app for about three days before I realized that it not only would track my mileage for me but so much more! Subscribed!
It does everything in the description that it claims, and does so very well. I never thought I’d need to use it for anything beyond tracking driving miles, but I now use it instead of the official Tesla app for almost everything.
The developers have thought of things we didn’t even know we needed and implemented them into an easy to use format. It exports all the information instantly to Excel and other applications perfectly. The developers answer questions within a few hours. I had an issue with the mileage being tracked incorrectly (it was placing miles driven in one day over more than one day for some reason) and they got back to me very quickly. Hoping that big will be squashed with this latest bug fix. If not, I’m confident they will figure it out. In the meantime, I continue to love this app and seriously can’t imagine being without it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
