The studio side of Refora features two light-filled spaces dedicated to Pilates, and other Movement — each crafted with a calming, approachable atmosphere that allows members to focus on building real strength, balance, mobility, and mindful repetition. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the reformer for the very first time, the studio environment is intentionally designed to feel encouraging rather than intimidating, technique-forward rather than trend-driven.
The café experience at Refora is equally thoughtful. More than just a place to grab a coffee before or after class, the café is an integral part of the Refora experience — a warm, inviting space where curated offerings help members recharge and reset. The café is designed to complement movement, fueling both the body and the soul with offerings that are as intentional as the workouts happening just steps away. It's a place to linger, to connect, to meet a friend after class, or simply to enjoy a moment of reconnection with yourself.
The name Refora itself carries meaning: defined as "the practice of reforming the body and mind through intentional movement and mindful fuel," it reflects the studio's belief that true wellness is not about dramatic overhauls or punishing routines — it's about showing up, again and again, in a space that supports you. Real growth, as Refora puts it, happens through rhythm, not rush!
