Why we built ReportOps-
ReportOps comes from years on the security side of the house: writing incident and shift reports, juggling multiple tools, and seeing where workflows break down in the field. The goal is to keep perfecting the platform, so that it feels fast and intuitive day to day, keeps teams aligned across sites and shifts, and stays serious about access control and auditability. We are building toward the best balance of speed, clarity, and security for operational reporting.
FOR FIELD TEAMS-
See your geofenced sites, stay updated with schedules and shift logs, and submit incident and maintenance reports. When something goes wrong, SOS alerting helps get attention fast. The experience is built for day-to-day use: clear screens, role-appropriate access, and less guesswork when you’re in the field.
FOR OPERATIONS & ACCOUNT LEADERS-
ReportOps is built for organizations that need oversight, not just activity. Multi-site structure, controlled reporting, and continuity across shifts give you a defensible record of what happened and who was responsible. Analytics surfaces operational signals in one place, so you’re not rebuilding the picture from spreadsheets. Import, export, and approvals support governed data movement when contracts or audits require it. Clock and timestamp visibility supports accountability alongside scheduling. You get role-based access: staff see what they need on the ground; leadership retains the tools to run the operation.
WHO USES IT-
Private security providers and field operations teams who want disciplined reporting, scheduling, and communication (whether you’re documenting an incident on site or providing service analytics to a client).
Public report submission and status lookup are available without an account where your organization enables them.

Compliance & geofencing: wiring OS geofence / check-ins into compliance flags and alerts (plus related legal/doc updates for background geofence).
Home map UX: stacking order (sites vs clock/report vs SOS), overlapping marker handling, preview label tap behavior, nested markers / geofence interior tap behavior where implemented.
Map preferences: org-level home-map visibility | per-site peer markers under site locations (and related copy) | sheet scroll/layout/dark-mode fixes | map photo visibility / preview tuning.
Account: compliance block placement tweaks | collapsible footer with hint styling.
iOS build: CocoaPods/header path fix so RNScreens (utilities headers) builds reliably in Release.
