Sleep coach

This app acts like my sleep coach. It not only helps me keep track of my sleep patterns. More importantly, it provides CBT based tips to coach you how to improve your sleep. Very easy to use. Highly recommended! I used other wearable devices to help me sleep. None of them is helpful until I found this.

Wasn't Helpful for Me

This app has good information content. However, it wasn't useful for resolving my insomnia issues. One of the most useful tools utilized by CTB-I is sleep deprivation. This app prescribed an 8 hour sleep window for me. How can 8 hours provide sleep deprivation if I can't remember the last time I realized 8 hours of sleep.
