Needs Improvement
Notification when an item is sold constantly ceasing to notify. After removal of the app from my phone and re-installing, it works for a short period of time, then stops again. Ricochet advised the problem is my phone isn’t up to date even though my phone updates are current.

Yes they have the best customer service! I have had ricochet software for my businesses for five years. And I have to say it is easy to use, multiple reports for vendors, employees, and owner alike! With a couple clicks of a button you can know daily sales for weekly and monthly! Makes record keeping a breeze. The stand alone website that syncs to inventory in store is amazing! Thank you for 5 star service, program, technology innovations, and it is truly l super easy to learn! Also I did not get paid nor receive anything free for this review! I know I wouldn’t run a business without Ricochet!
Notifications
Love the app, but notifications are an issue. Several vendors are no longer getting notifications. Have the latest update, but no notifications. Checked the notification settings and it’s on but not working. Vendors have Apple and Samsung devices and not working on both. Definitely needs to be addressed.
