Rivermark Mobile 4+

This is, by far, the BEST credit union out there!!! Their customer service is beyond fantastic, whether it be on the phone, or in person at one of the branches. They have calmly and politely worked with me with every situation where I have needed some help. Even the last time, when I was frantic and in need of a new credit card for an auto repair emergency. And I am sure I was probably not the easiest person to work with that day. I also get incredible benefits with the accounts I hold, such as 12 feee checks every year (which is such a money saver since I really only need to write 1 check per month for rent), ATM fee reimbursals for every transaction, and no-fee accounts. I highly recommend Rivermark Community Credit Union!! I could not be happier!!!

I have been banking here for about 4 years.
I was treated rudely at the counter, by this young chick with giant fingernails that couldn’t type. I asked for a manager, and this jerk that showed up, was not a manager, and he wanted me to wait outside. He threatened to freeze my account, or call the police. Luckily, Laurie Baker was there and she was able to do what I wanted. I needed to move unemployment money from the card Oregon put it on into my bank account. The bank was so cool before, not anymore. If Laurie had not been there I would have closed my account.

When the credit union I was with would only give me a high interest car loan Rivermark gave me a great rate!! When my son died and I needed a loan for his funeral Rivermark was there and in 20 minutes gave me the money I needed. Lastly when for the first time I had no job for 3 plus months they stick with me and worked with me to keep my car loan credit card and personal loan. I have moved clear across the country but wouldn’t change credit unions for anything in the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
