Could not be happier!!
This is, by far, the BEST credit union out there!!! Their customer service is beyond fantastic, whether it be on the phone, or in person at one of the branches. They have calmly and politely worked with me with every situation where I have needed some help. Even the last time, when I was frantic and in need of a new credit card for an auto repair emergency. And I am sure I was probably not the easiest person to work with that day. I also get incredible benefits with the accounts I hold, such as 12 feee checks every year (which is such a money saver since I really only need to write 1 check per month for rent), ATM fee reimbursals for every transaction, and no-fee accounts. I highly recommend Rivermark Community Credit Union!! I could not be happier!!!
Didn’t appreciate Rivermark selling my mortgage to the scam operation called Dovenmuehl. I picked Rivermark for a reason because I want THEM to handle my mortgage. I have read reviews of Dovenmuehl. That company has a customer satisfaction of 1.08 out of 5.
It’s odd that the original letter I got about my mortgage change came with Rivermark letterhead but Dovenmuehl’s corporate address. I find it odd that when I called the 800 number ,that is on Rivermark’s website, to inquire about my mortgage I asked the person who she works for: “Dovenmuehl”, she said. But before we hung up she said “Thank you for calling Rivermark”. What? I’m confused. There’s something real fishy about this. Rivermark wants us to think they still oversee the mortgage but it’s obvious they’re out. Dovenmuehl must have forked out big bucks to take over Rivermark’s mortgages and it’s the customer who will suffer. I did not approve of this and was happy with Rivermark but not anymore.
I have been banking here for about 4 years.
I was treated rudely at the counter, by this young chick with giant fingernails that couldn’t type. I asked for a manager, and this jerk that showed up, was not a manager, and he wanted me to wait outside. He threatened to freeze my account, or call the police. Luckily, Laurie Baker was there and she was able to do what I wanted. I needed to move unemployment money from the card Oregon put it on into my bank account. The bank was so cool before, not anymore. If Laurie had not been there I would have closed my account.
