A large, clear timer shows your current interval. Live Activities and optional Lock Screen alerts help you follow the session when your iPhone is locked. Supported AirPods can announce alerts when Announce Notifications is enabled in iOS.

Keep your workout history on your device. Earn XP, build streaks, and work toward daily challenges and milestones. Optional Community features let you add friends and compare progress.
