ScanLinQ is a proprietary QR Code scanning application for NuvoLinQ branded QR codes created by Openscreen. Through the ScanLinQ application, NuvoLinQ Routers and IoT devices are assigned individually serialized QR Code labels, which store detailed metadata for each unit. Once the IoT devices have been registered through the application, all proceeding QR scans through the SacnLinQ application allow support technicians to retrieve the current IoT device information and report the status or issue associated to the IoT device scanned. The QR codes simplify router fulfilment and digitize customer service. After provisioning devices through the ScanLinQ application, a scan by any mobile device camera will retrieve the last known router status and automatically send to the NuvoLinQ cloud management platform.
