Book instantly: Schedule an appointment or class that fits your schedule— in just a few taps.
Never pay a cancellation fee: Easily reschedule when your Monday goes all wrong, rebook for Tuesday when it’s all going to be alright, or just cancel a scheduled event. Plus, get friendly reminders right before your booking date—so those accidental no-shows are no more.

Ratings and Reviews
New Update will not add appointments
It keeps telling me to change app settings to allow adding events to calendar. But my settings already say that and I’m not going to change it to full access to my calendar.

We're working on improving that as we speak, because you're right, you shouldn't have to give full access! That adjustment should go live within a few days here, though in the meantime, you can bypass that setting by using the browser on your phone if you want to try that instead. Otherwise, hang tight and you should have better luck from the app real soon!
Future Update Suggestions
I would love to see more customizations. More colors for scheduling and adding customer reviews after services! Some of your competitor booking apps that are popular in town all have these features…

New update made it barely usable
Latest update made it barely usable. What was straightforward before, now is less than easy to accomplish. It’s not clear what steps to follow to complete trivial tasks.
This App clearly shows the development team has not invested in testing, and hasn’t used the app to book a service. Also, the App only needs access to ADD events to tour calendar, I’m not giving FULL ACCESS to any app to my private calendar, are you crazy?
Please go back to the drawing board, and make it useable, as right now is painful.
As it is, this will cause businesses to loose customers because of this faulty App.

The app has been updated to be in line with the full website, so you’re right, it has changed a lot! I’m curious if you’d be open to reaching out to us directly at support@schedulicity.com so we can be sure we’re picking up all the specifics you’re noticing? That would really help us to know how we can improve this new app!
The “full access” bit is a bug so we’re hoping to have that fixed in the next week or so!
