Scholly takes the hassle out of the scholarship search process so you can focus on what’s important—getting free money for school.

We have helped students win over $100 million in scholarships so far, making college affordable and dreams a reality.

Scholly was created by Christopher Gray, who won $1.3 million in college scholarships through grit, sweat, and hustle. In realizing how broken and time-consuming the scholarship search process was, he created Scholly Search to make things much easier.

How does Scholly make it easy?
* Customized Scholarship Search: Get matched with scholarships for college and graduate school tailored just to you.
* Scholly Scores: Review and choose the best scholarships to apply for based on their Scholly Score. The higher the Scholly Score, the stronger the match—which means better chances at more money!
* Easy Scholarship Tracking: Keep track of scholarship deadlines and track your application statuses, all in one place.
* Mobile & Desktop Access: Access scholarship opportunities anywhere, on the go, on all of your devices.

The best part is that with a Scholly membership, you’ll receive access to ALL of the amazing tools we offer to help students, including Scholly Editor, an AI-powered writing assistant, and Scholly Math, an AI-powered math solver that instantly interprets and provides step-by-step solutions to any math problem.

Scholly Search is available at $44.99 per year, $29.99 per 6-months or $7.99 per month. We offer a 3-day free trial for the annual and 6-month subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You will not be charged during your free trial period.

When the free trial ends, your iTunes account will be charged for the annual subscription of $44.99 or the 6-month subscription of $29.99. To avoid that, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it expires. Manage your subscriptions in your iTunes Account Settings.

Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Scholly. Membership automatically renews ($44.99 for annual, $29.99 for 6-months, $7.99 for monthly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged ($44.99 for annual, $29.99 for 6-months, $7.99 for monthly) for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Great Idea, but maybe not worth the subscription?

I’ve had this app since I’ve started college in 2014. I’ve applied for scholarships every year and haven’t been rewarded, not at fault at this app, but still it makes me regret buying the app and putting in all that effort just to end up collecting more loans and debt. It’s a great idea, and I figured it was worth the initial pay because finding scholarships takes time which I have very little of; but with another monthly payment to add onto paying my normal bills and my school debt, even one as little as $3, adds up.

It’s a great resource and gives you the chance at so many opportunities! Use it only if you’re okay with paying 😊 it’ll be worth it for someone I’m sure.

Not worth it

I don’t even know how the app works because I just simply could not log in! I set up a new account (because I have never heard of this app before, so I was positive I hadn’t had an account before) and it told me my email was already in use. I thought maybe it could be a possibility, so I went to log-in. The screen would take so long to load! I would enter my email and the screen would freeze. Then, enter what I thought my password would be, and it froze. Then, was able to press the Next button, and it froze, but with a swirly loading button, and it froze for five minutes (I didn’t wait for it to load but I wasn’t going to wait any longer so I just closed the app). Had the same experience on the Forgot Password screen, and still haven’t gotten a “change your password” email.
All of this happened before I went to the reviews, to see if anyone else had had issues like this, and when looking at other reviews, I found out this app costs money?! Kids are using this app to find money to help pay for college...so they probably don’t have frivolous money to shell out whatever the monthly charge is for this app! That makes me sad. This fact doesn’t seem to match up with the developer’s Apple Spotlight story at all.
Overall, would not recommend. I do appreciate the sentiment and the purpose behind this app, but there are many other free, and fully functioning, ways to go about your scholarship search.

I’m a student. Do you really think I can afford to PAY to find scholarships ??

I’m really confused by this app...I was so excited to come across a platform that helps match students with scholarship opportunities! However, as a student struggling to finance an education...I cannot afford to pay a monthly fee for a service that *might* or might not help (as many of the reviews suggest it has simply eaten their money with no results, anyway.) Doesn’t this seem counterintuitive, when the money spent on the monthly/annual fees could actually go toward financing one’s education itself??? Sort of funny to target a demographic clearly in need of funds but also make them pay out of pocket when the whole premise is that they likely can’t...not everyone has parents whose pockets they can reach into. I’m disappointed. I get that the developers have to make money to keep this running— if you charged a one-time, up front purchase fee rather than tricking people into downloading a free app that requires a paid subscription to access, you would honestly get enough active downloads/users to keep your app afloat (and improve its actual functionality.) You may think it’s not that deep, but this is a form of elitism, just reinforcing the idea that success on this front still has to be bought. You can’t imagine how disheartening that is.
