ShipTrack Plus is a logistics execution platform that supports warehouse, dock, and last-mile operations in real time. It enables businesses to coordinate pickups, deliveries, sorting, and loading workflows across their distribution network with full operational visibility. The mobile app provides drivers, couriers, dock workers, and field personnel with the tools they need to complete assigned routes and tasks accurately and efficiently throughout the day. With ShipTrack Plus, users can: • View assigned routes, stops, pickups, and deliveries • Access map-based navigation for route execution • Execute routes optimized through the ShipTrack Plus platform • Capture proof of service, including signatures and photos • Update stop and job statuses in real time • Record exceptions, notes, and operational events • Track completion progress across assigned tasks Route planning and optimization are managed through the ShipTrack Plus platform and delivered to the mobile app for structured execution in the field. Inside distribution facilities, optional modules extend execution control. ScanLoad supports dock loading verification to ensure the right freight is loaded on the right vehicle. At the same time, ScanSort enables structured warehouse sorting workflows — connecting warehouse handling directly with outbound route execution. ShipTrack Plus supports operations ranging from regional route teams to enterprise logistics networks processing up to millions of stops per day. The platform is used across logistics-intensive industries, including parcel and courier services, 3PL operations, retail and wholesale distribution, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, and other supply chain–driven sectors.
